Welcome to the Karma USA-55367 website.   Karma is a Beneteau First 36.7 moored in Chicago's DuSable Harbor.  She races as part of the First 36.7 One-Design section in the Lake Michigan Fleet.   We are a pretty easy going bunch that likes to go out, race hard, but most of all have fun.  We hope you'll enjoy our website.

7/27/16-  KARMA Sailing Group Finishes 3rd.  The Karma Sailing Group third in the 108th Chicago Yacht Club Race to Mackinac.  As the 16th campaign of the Mac, for KSG it signified the 12th podium finish for the program. 
2016 was especially memorable as Karma team member Cristina Chadwick competed in her 25th race earning her Goat status. Read More.


7/21/15-  KARMA Sailing Group Wins 8th Mac Race!  The Karma Sailing Group captured its eighth Mackinac Race win in 15 attempts.
Karma Sailing Group is a sailboat racing program owned by accountant Martin Sandoval and Karma Yacht Sales co-owners Jack Buoscio and Lou Sandoval. Read More.

7/30/14-  KARMA Sailing Group Wins 7th Race to Mackinac!  ..."The fruits of their labor paid off this past week as they won their section in the 106th Chicago Yacht Club Race to Mackinac. They finished the 333 mile race in 49:22:13 for a fourth overall finish in the Mackinac Trophy Division. This win marks the seventh win for Karma Sailing Group" Read More.

7/22/09- In the Flukiest of MACs-'Karma' finishes 3rd in Section.
KSG finished 'in the hunt' for the fifth time in six years.  The Island Award Ceremonies were yesterday and Team Karma took a 3rd in the 20 boat 36.7 section.   It all came down to the last 45 miles- were Karma, Free Radical and Tried and True duked it out finishing three, two, one respectively.


7/22/08- 'Karma' Wins First 36.7 Section; 3rd Overall- Mackinac Trophy Division

KSG won their fourth Section title in five years in the annual Race to Mackinac.  They were the First boat to cross the line in the Mackinac Trophy Division with an elapsed time of 54:38:38, but corrected to 3rd Place overall under ORR.  For more info visit: www.chicagoyachtclub/racetomackinac
