Who We Are

Karma Sailing Group, LLC is the privately owned racing syndicate for the Beneteau First 36.7 named Karma. Karma (Hull #236) is a 2007 model First 36.7 who makes her home at the port Chicago - DuSable Harbor.

S/V Karma is raced under the Chicago Yacht Club Burgee as both owners are members. She was previously a 2003 model (hull #101) from 2003 to 2006.

KARMA USA-55367 is a proud founding member of the Lake Michigan Beneteau First 36.7 Fleet. As the largest 36.7 Fleet in North American with over 15 active boats. Lake Michigan has been host to four North American Championships.

KARMA proudly sails under the burgee of the Chicago Yacht Club. As the pre-eminent yacht club in Lake Michigan, The Chicago Yacht Club is a member of the Platinum Clubs Worldwide , ranked 5th globally among all member yacht clubs. CYC is host to over 100 on-the-water events annually including the Historic Chicago Yacht Club Race to Mackinac.
